Kamari you are holding your hikite hand too high, Your stances need more work and try not to cross them. Try and relax your shoulders more when punching. Your kicks are very good though keep that up.  a good first grading Kamari keep it up.

Try and make sure your feet are not in line in front stance and make sure your hikite hand is not coming too far forward. On the whole a great grading. Well Done Kamari

Grading Friday 13th December 2024 for White Belt Yellow Stripe (13th Kyu)

When your fighting Kamari keep your eye on the person your fighting with and make sure your punching straight with tight fists. Maybe take your time more when doing your kata just to make sure you finish the move and pause before the next one for good timing. Also keep you hukite hand in mind when doing your basics. But all in all a good grading Well Done.
