Try and keep your fists tightly closed when practicing your Karate Weston, other than that your basic were really good. You did well in your kata too and your fighting was great. Well Done Weston.

Weston keep an eye on your hikite hand as it sometimes sidewards and make sure you always punch with a tight fist. Try to keep your gaurd up higher when fighting and use both hands, not just one. Well Done on a good grading Weston.
