A very good grading Angel, but try to keep your hands closed during basics and remember to keep looking up while preforming kata.  Your stances were very good though Well Done

Concentrate on your hikite hand and when kicking hold your fighting stance still. A really good grading Angel fantastic effort.

1st July 2022  Green Belt Grading  (6th Kyu)

Show the difference between side snap and side thrust kick more. make your stances a touch narrower and longer. keep them fists tight on punching and hikite hand on the hip during Basics. A good grading. Well Done Angel.

Grading for 5th Kyu / Purple Belt  21 October 2022

Slow down on your Basics Angel it will give you more time to finish the movment. Make sure you do Kiai's (shouts) in your basics and kata. You did a really nice Heian Yondan and your "Onestep" was great!  Make sure to look where your kicking because is very importaint. A really good grading with some great karate Angel Well Done!

Grading for Purple and Whit Belt Belt (4th Kyu) 17th Feb 2023

You need to target your punches more Angel. Also keep those fingers together when doing Nukite technique. Be also aware  of your hikite hand as its floating about. Don't try and be too powerful as sometimes it can spoil you technique. A good grading Angel Well Done.

 Make sure your hikate hand is correctly positioned “little finger higher than the rest will also bring your elbow more in”. You could lower your stances a little in you kata but at the end of the day you displayed a good knowledge of your Heian katas with a decent Tekki Shodan Well Done Angel.
