Very good display of your basics but hold your kicks out don't just drop them when you done. Really good concertation Isla but try and keep the back heel down during kata. A very good grading Isla well done.

 Be confident and louder Isla. We want you to make the walls fall down with your kiai’s. You have very good basics maybe a little work needed on back stance but you have a great mawashi geri. Well Done Isla.

17/12/2023 Grading for 7th Kyu Yellow Belt

Try and make your stances a little longer and deeper Isla and make sure there is a slight bend in your front leg on back stance ( just a little bend) But a massive bend on the back leg. You did a really good 5 step kumite, a great round house kick and had a fantastic attitude. Keep up the good work and well done Isla.

A good grading Isla keep training hard, you did a really good kata but try and demonstrate the difference between side snap and side thrust kicks more in your basics.
