Not a bad grading William you need to make sure your hikitae hand is in the right place its drifting about. Also make sure you pull your toes back on the mia geri kick. You did display some very good concentration William. Well Done on a good grading keep training hard.

 A Good Grading William, Try to lower your punches they are a little high. You have a nice back stance and a really good timing for your kata. Be careful not to land with your feet inline after doing mawashi geri kicks and bring your guard out from your body a bit. Well Done William.

17/12/2023 Grading for 13th Kyu White Belt with Yellow Stripe

A good grading William but try and make your stances a little longer especially back stance and keep an eye on your hikite hand its creeping up too high. We need to see more difference between the kekomi and keagi kicks. But your coming along great William well done.

An excellent grading William but make sure you stretch out more on your kicks. Also swap your guard on mawashi geri. Keep your back stances longer and make a bigger fighting stance that is more out from your body. Good work William.
