So now you are an Orange Belt Well Done Perry. Great Kata good basics and fantastic  5 Step Kumite. Just remember to make sure that hikite hand is in the right place. Keep this up.

1st July 2022  Red Belt Grading  (8th Kyu)

Nice Kicks Perry but try and show the difference between side snap and side thrust kicks.  make sure your hikite hand is not too much forward, It should be on your hip in basics. Really good Kata and Kumite though Perry Well Done.

Grading for 7th Kyu / Yellow Belt 

You did a really nice Kata remember to hold your hikate hand just above your hip in basics. You did some cracking kicks, try and make me see the difference between the two different side kicks though. Remember Perry when you train hard and not joke about during lessons amazing Karate happens you are getting very good.

Keep your heal flat down during basics and bring kicks back and place them down not just drop them. On a whole though your kicks are fantastic, but remember its not a race during your kata. When blocking rising block you need to make it a bit higher otherwise some one may catch you out. Always shout loud on a Kiai. A very good grading Well Done Perry.

 Really nice kicks Perry with a good display of your basics. Also a decent kata but remember to keep the previous ones in your head too and don’t forget kiai’s. A good grading Perry Well Done.
