 Try and work on your turns Jade in normal basics its just the easy turn “leg behind and turn”. Avoid just letting your legs just fall after kicking. Make sure you are not just walking through your kata make each move count by finishing the move before going onto the next one. Well Done Jade

17/12/2023 Grading for 10th Kyu White Belt with Black Stripe

A good grading Jade. Try and make sure your stance is not in line and bend them legs more. Also when your doing your turns make sure your hand comes right from your ear. You also have the tendency to swing up your rising blocks from behind you. Keep up the hard work Jade your doing great.
