not to drop your leg control bringing it back and placing it down. Good grading Well Done Little Daniel.

Sunday 21st Feb 2021 Grading for 5th Kyu Purple Belt.

A very good grading Daniel really good basics but make sure we get the correct stances on the " shoto uki empi uraken gyaku zuki combination " During the other basics your stances were great. Your kicks are getting better especially Keigi and Kekomi's. Your Heian Yondan kata was not bad at all, But remember the importance of remembering the previous ones. Well Done Daniel.

7th November 2021 Grading for 4th Kyu Purple and white stripe

During your basics your very stampy, please don't stamp it doesn't make your karate any stronger. Also Daniel you need to lower your stance and keep it down. Sometimes you are doing a kind of massive wind up before your techniques try to stop this and just trust your technique. Remember as well to keep your guard up while kicking and not drop it making you vulnerable. Some good fighting though Well done Daniel C.

1st July 2022  Brown Belt Grading  (3rd Kyu)

A little bit work to do on your Tekki Shodan Kata to tidy it up. Make sure your stances are deeper on your basics and remember every single one of your previous Kata. You are now a Brown Belt Daniel and before your next grading you need to know a good few new kata, so you might want to contemplate getting to more sessions. Well Done Daniel.

On semi free kumite make sure you wait until the technique is thrown before you start to move. Also make sure you open up your "hands kamae" as its too close to you. Keep your fingers together on nukite and keep looking in the direction that you are going. We have a lot of work to do over the next few months especially on your kata and remember to always keep the previous ones  in your head. Well Done Daniel C
