Not a bad grading Ann, Your Basics were good and also your kicks were good too. I can see a steady improvement which is what we are aiming for but remember just because this grading is online we still need to concentrate. Keep up the good work Ann.

Anne you need to make more of an obvious stance. Hold your kicks out a little longer instead of just dropping them as soon as the foots out. I am very pleased with your learning of your kata you have tried really hard. Well Done Anne.

 Make sure your shuto uke’s are palm away and look up in your kata and remember to pause before you do the next move. You need also to deepen and widen your stances. Well Done Anne.

17/12/2023 Grading for 7th Kyu Yellow Belt

Make sure your inside hand faces out on shuto uke's and try and make your front stance deeper by bending your knee more. Also keep your guard still when kicking and we will need more work done on side kicks. You a really trying Anne Well Done.

A good grading Anne Well Done. Try and keep your timing on Sambon zuki its a bit off. also keep your line straight during heian sandan (the central line before the first kiai). Make sure your stances are always low too. You did the soto uke empi combination really well it was good and so was your self-defence escapes.
