Bailey You did very well but make sure you keep looking forward in your Basics and Kata. Lower your stances and Keep that hikate hand on your hip during Basics. If you keep training hard Bailey your next grading will be for Orange Belt.

Grading for 9th Kyu / Orange Belt 21st October 2022
Bailey Keep your guard when kicking and make sure that there is a difference between side snap kick and side thrust kick. Work on your hip position also for example side on on blocks square on on the punches. get a little closer during five step kumite. A very good grading though Well Done B.

Use your other hand to prepare for the technique your about to do and make sure a hand comes to the ear on techniques when required. Make sure your punching at your head hight on Jodan punches. Also remember to bring the hikitae hand back to your hip and concentrate on the difference between stances. Keep training hard "B" your Karate is getting really good Well Done.

On all your techniques you need to bring your hands more away from your body as they are too close even on you kamae. Good stances but keep looking up Bailey and be more confident your Karate is getting very good. Well Done Bailey.
17/12/2023 Grading for 6th Kyu Green Belt
We could do with a little more body movement on stationary basics and deeper stances on the moving basics. Try and be more confident Bailey your karate is coming along nicely. lift them legs more on the stamps during Heian Sandan. Mainly though get them stances down deeper. Well Done Bailey on a good grading.

Try and keep your fighting stance guard more out from you. I also need to see more difference between front kick and roundhouse kick. make louder kiai's Bailey they are too quiet. Also try to remember past kata as you will need to teach them some day. Keep training hard Bailey and Well Done.
